Job summary

WebFX is seeking a Jr. Digital Media Public Relations Specialist to build authority and drive visibility for brands through earned media, publisher partnerships, and strategic content ideation.

You’ll act as a tastemaker and editor-in-chief–style leader, coordinating with writers and internal teams to bring bold media narratives to life. You’ll cultivate editor relationships, pitch high-value ideas, and help clients grow search trust and traffic through AI citations and strategic PR efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; all majors welcome.
• GPA of 3.4 or above preferred.
• Strong network-building and pitching skills a must.
• Experience in digital PR, earned media, and authority building is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage publisher relationships with editors and journalists.
• Pitch high-value story ideas aligned with editorial standards.
• Earn placements and backlinks across authoritative sites.
• Develop content strategies and editorial direction with writers.
• Represent the company as a polished media partner.
