Job summary

Riester is seeking a Junior Media Planner/Buyer to join the Phoenix team. You will assist in building and managing digital campaigns across platforms, monitor performance, and help produce client reports.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in media planning/buying, familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and strong Excel skills. The role offers hybrid flexibility, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to grow with a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of media planning, buying, and digital campaign management experience.
• Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
• Understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, budgets, and deadlines with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building out and maintaining campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs).
• Actively monitor accounts and flag optimizations or areas of improvement.
• Develop reports for clients in collaboration with the team.
• Negotiate digital media buys with partners and optimize placement.
• Oversee vendor billing, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking with Accounting.
