Job summary

Radiant Technology in Lewis Center, Ohio, is seeking an entry-level Digital Experience Designer I. You will help determine what an audience needs, design clear and engaging content, and build experiences in supported digital-signage and web tools.

You will work from idea through implementation, testing, and handoff, with guidance from the Creative Director. A design-focused degree and a strong portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design, digital media design, or a closely related design-focused discipline.
• A portfolio showing hierarchy, typography, composition, color, and consistency; be prepared to discuss decisions and revisions.
• Ability to explain work in writing and speaking, check details, and work with customers and teammates in design and technical roles.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar software and technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Design content for the audience by organizing content and creating layouts, graphics, motion, video, data displays, or interfaces.
• Build and configure content in digital-signage and content-management platforms; test on screens, players, and browsers; adapt as needed.
• Document work for support, deliver training, and keep teammates informed; obtain approval before customer release.
