Job summary

The PGA TOUR is seeking a Junior Digital Designer to brainstorm, design, and execute creative digital and motion concepts for digital platforms and social channels. The role focuses on concepting, assets for web banners, emails, and social graphics, plus 2D animation for promo content.

You will collaborate on campaigns, adapt templates for multiple formats, and ensure timely delivery while respecting brand guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, animation or related field.
• 0-2 years of professional work with a diverse portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (AE, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
• Experience with Google Web Designer or similar ad tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML5/CSS/JavaScript for responsive ads is beneficial.
• Experience coding and designing email creative.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines.
• Flexible, proactive and responsive to art direction.
• Strong design principles and motion/storytelling sense.
• Edit and animate high-volume social content for 9:16, 1:1, 16:9 formats.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and build creative concepts based on briefs and brand guidelines.
• Design digital assets including web banners, email templates and social graphics.
• Assist in producing high-quality 2D animations for social and promo graphics.
• Develop visual concepts and storyboards for campaigns and content pieces.
• Pitch ideas to leadership and support digital and social channels.
• Work with existing campaigns to deliver assets on time.
• Think across media channels and activate the brand globally.
• Ensure timely execution of all creative assets.
• Collaborate in online project management systems and archive materials.
• Handle special projects or other duties as assigned.
