Job summary

RTX is seeking a Digital Design Engineer to design digital circuits for missile guidance, video and digital signal processing. The role covers high-speed DSP, configurable logic, and multiprocessor designs in challenging environments.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering disciplines, ensuring robust design, verification, and documentation. Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering required; on-site hardware focus with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major.

Responsibilities

• Hardware design: writing, simulating, synthesizing, and verifying digital hardware using VHDL/Verilog for FPGAs/ASICs.
• System integration with analog, software, and mechanical subsystems to ensure full functionality.
• Testing and validation in lab using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and test benches; perform timing and signal integrity analyses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet design requirements and ensure product performance.
• Produce design documentation and validation reports following engineering standards.
