Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Junior DevSecOps Engineer to assist in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, and in building infrastructure-as-code templates for cloud and on-premises environments. You will help integrate security baselines and monitoring into pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize toolchains and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IT.
• 0–3 years in DevSecOps, DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering roles.
• Understanding of infrastructure components, cloud capabilities, and config management.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust and U.S. citizenship for remote federal IT position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for mission-critical systems.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code templates to provision cloud/on-prem environments.
• Integrate security baselines, policy checks, and monitoring into pipelines.
• Collaborate to standardize DevSecOps toolchains supporting an as-a-service model.
• Support auto-provisioning of compute, storage, and networks via automation tools.
• Troubleshoot build/deploy/environment issues and document root causes.
• Create and maintain documentation for pipelines, patterns, and procedures.
