Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0–3 years in DevSecOps/DevOps/cloud/platform engineering roles.
• Fundamental understanding of infrastructure components, cloud capabilities, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust investigation and U.S. citizenship for this remote federal IT position.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines automating build, test, security scanning, and deployment for mission-critical systems.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code templates to provision cloud and on-premises environments.
• Integrate security baselines, policy checks, and monitoring into pipelines to enforce DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, and security teams to standardize DevSecOps toolchains for an as-a-Service model.
• Support auto-provisioning of compute, storage, and networks using automation tools.
• Troubleshoot build/deploy/environment issues and document root causes for pipeline improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation for pipeline configurations and DevSecOps procedures.
