Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a DevOps Engineer to modernize medical logistics apps for the DLA. You will work on transforming legacy systems into secure DevSecOps solutions using C#, .NET, and Angular.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, help containerize operations with Docker and Kubernetes, and integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and web development concepts.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, automation, and cloud computing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop, test, and deploy new features for web apps using C#, .NET, and Angular.
• Transform legacy applications to modern software technology aligned with DevSecOps and Agile.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and DevSecOps culture through scrums and sprint planning.
• Assist with containerization of legacy operations using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable microservices.
