Job summary

Sportsdigita seeks an engineer to own and evolve our AWS infrastructure, focusing on ECS/EC2 orchestration, IaC with Terraform, and automation. You will build reliable pipelines, monitor system health with Grafana, and contribute to runbooks and documentation.

You’ll join a small team, work across development, staging, and production, and help reduce manual work through scripting and process automation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on AWS experience or equivalent through internships, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AWS infrastructure (ECS, EC2, VPC, ALB, S3, RDS).
• Write and extend Terraform; manage environments with modules and remote state.
• Automate recurring tasks with Python/Bash; handle environment syncs across accounts.
• Maintain Bitbucket Pipelines and self-hosted runners; troubleshoot CI/CD issues.
• Build Grafana dashboards and tune alerts; monitor performance and reliability.
• Join on-call rotation when ramped; document fixes and prevent recurrence.
• Keep runbooks and infrastructure docs updated in Confluence.
