Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join a small engineering team in Las Vegas, onsite. You will build features with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js, leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining solid engineering fundamentals.

You’ll collaborate through Git workflows, develop APIs, and work with MongoDB. This contract-to-hire role offers growth, mentorship, and exposure to modern AI-driven development practices.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience or equivalent hands-on experience delivering complete applications.
• Solid TypeScript and React development skills, with experience in Next.js and Node.js-based APIs.
• Experience working with MongoDB or another document database, including CRUD operations, basic data modeling, and indexing.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools on real projects, or a strong development background with demonstrated agentic AI-assisted development experience.
• Understanding of Git workflows, pull requests, debugging, and testing, with the ability to explain and take ownership of code. Experience with NestJS, Jest, OpenAPI, or Cursor-specific workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance production applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code to build, debug, and improve application features.

Our client is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join a small engineering team modernizing production applications through AI-assisted development.
