Job summary

Altamira Technologies Corp. is seeking a DevOps specialist with a TS/SCI clearance to design and implement AWS cloud-based hosting solutions. The role focuses on automated testing, deployments via CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes, and building scalable microservices architectures.

You will collaborate with development teams across the SDLC to push reliable releases. Required experience includes Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and Python or Golang, plus hosting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive DevOps, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments.
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
• Experience in Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and Python or Golang.
• Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions.
• Experience working with application development teams across the software development life cycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment.
• Experience hosting applications on commercial cloud providers.

Position Description

Candidate would need experience in Python programming, configuration/management tools such as Gitlab, containerization tools such as Docker and knowledge of microservices / container architectures (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes), orchestration and automation. Must possess experience with designing and implementing AWS Cloud-based hosting solutions. Other skills to include: automated testing, automated deployments (CI/CD pipelines), and branching strategy and implementation.

Must Have

• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in CS or Computer Engineering
• 2+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive DevOps, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness
• Experience in Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and Python or Golang
• Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions
• Experience working with application development teams across the software development life cycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
• Experience hosting applications on commercial cloud providers

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the scope of the position, relevant experience, education, certifications, internal equity, customer contractual requirements, security clearance requirements, and other legitimate business considerations.
