Job summary

Rhoback is seeking an organized Assistant Designer - Special Projects to join our design team. This entry-level role supports the design department across licensed apparel collections, collaborations, and PGA Tour events, with a focus on color CADs, line sheets, and documentation.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure samples, color specs, and artwork meet brand standards. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required, and familiarity with PLM systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• Entry-level position; no prior experience required, but passion for design and attention to detail essential.
• Familiarity with apparel industry and willingness to learn is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, maintaining, and organizing seasonal line sheets for special projects and licensed apparel.
• Support color CADs for special projects collections and assortments.
• Contribute to design of accessories such as headwear, golf club covers, socks, and belts.
• Help create client pitch decks for new collections.
• Coordinate print, trim, and lab dip management with color specs.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, and Technical Design teams.
