The role involves contributing to the design and development of our new seasonal collections while maintaining the brand's aesthetic.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the design and development of knit and woven tops across all categories, including conceptualizing, sketching, and creating technical drawings.
• Utilize CAD software to generate designs and update design sheets.
• Collaborate with the product development team in creating tech packs and ensuring design details are accurately interpreted and executed.
• Research and analyze market trends, color stories, fabrications, and competitive landscape.
• Develop new and innovative design concepts while adhering to the brand's standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source fabrics and trims.
• Attend fittings and collaborate with the production team to ensure the final product meets design specifications.
• Support in all stages of the product development lifecycle.

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing knit and woven apparel, preferably tops.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and textile sciences.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other CAD software.
