Job Description

Pay Rate: $22/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in generating fully detailed color CAD renderings for color review of eyewear collections based on the specifications set per licensor requests.
  • Assist N.A. lead designers & strategy teams in conceptualizing color and material direction for collections.
  • Researches domestic and competitive markets to identify new products and market trends while maintaining brand identity and business strategy.
  • Support explorative development of materials and techniques in collaboration with lead designer, product strategy and Italy teams.
  • Through on-the-job training with N.A. and Italy teams, become proficient in technical limitations and specifications of eyewear.
  • Opportunity to assist brands in needed collection sketch development & special company-wide design projects.
  • Executes to timelines and provides timely solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree of Design from accredited college or university required.
  • Minimum 6 months of design experience in Eyewear or Accessories; including intern or temp work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator; other Adobe programs a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with 3D Design Software a plus.
