Job summary

THE TEAM is seeking a Jr. Designer in New York to craft visually bespoke experiences for top-tier clients.

You’ll work alongside our Design Director and a team of creatives, translating brand aesthetics into compelling creative from deck design to branding and experiential spaces. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of industry experience, strong design and conceptual skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant industry experience.
• Strong design and conceptual skills.
• Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of print production.
• Ability to work in PowerPoint, Keynote, Office Suite.
• Proactive ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting deck designs, branding and experiential spaces.
• Collaborate with our Design Director and a team of creatives.
• Support studio work from inception through final production.
• Maintain an understanding of clients and project goals.
• Develop trusting relationships with creative team members.
• Create visual work while adhering to brand standards.
• Incorporate contemporary design trends into work.
• Push for industry-leading creative output.
• Design across digital and physical formats.
• Manage time across concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Attend meetings regularly and contribute proactively.
