Job summary

FutureBrand, the US Brand Experience practice, seeks a designer to join our team in Syracuse, NY. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to transform client problems into compelling brand experiences through prototyping and storytelling.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/visual communications, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a collaborative mindset. A familiarity with UI/UX systems thinking (Figma a bonus) is valued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and designers to solve client problems.
• Immerse in client brands and markets to start design thinking.
• Brainstorm and sketch future ideas/workflows.
• Co-create renderings, mock-ups, animation, and VR experiences.
• Present our human-centered approach persuasively.
• Create engaging presentations to tell the story of insights and solutions.
• Develop final design files for print and digital production.
