Job summary

Premier Marketing in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Jr. Designer who is passionate about craft and eager to contribute to big-brand work.

You should be well-rounded with strong layout, typography, and graphic fundamentals, comfortable using the Adobe Creative Suite, and capable of designing for social media, digital ads, and presentations. You will support the creative team on client projects, collaborate with senior designers, and produce assets across the agency’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Online portfolio showing strong visual design and execution.
• Design degree or portfolio school ideal.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Suite; After Effects & Figma a plus.
• Strong knowledge of visual design, brand development, and creative process.

We’re looking for a talented Jr. Designer, passionate about their craft and ready to dive into the deep end working on big-time brands. This person should be a well-rounded designer, with a portfolio that displays a strong understanding of layout, typography, and graphic fundamentals, ready to jump into client work alongside a talented team. The ideal candidate is comfortable with the adobe creative suite and designing for social media, digital ads, and presentations. This person must also be authorized to work in the U.S. at this time. As a core member of the creative team, this person will play a key role in supporting our ongoing client work. Reporting to our senior creative team in a fun, fast-paced environment, this person will be hands-on, designing assets across the agency’s portfolio of world-class brands. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning new tools and techniques, pushing themselves, and excited to be challenged by the team as they grow.

Qualifications

• Online portfolio demonstrating strong creative visual designs and execution
• Design degree or Portfolio School Ideal
• Experience in photoshop, illustrator, and Google suite required. After Effects & Figma experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of visual design, brand development, and creative process
