You will join as a Junior Database Administrator and work with open-source databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, ElasticSearch, and MongoDB, gaining hands-on experience across data management, backups, and performance tuning.

The academy emphasizes both theoretical training and realistic labs, plus professional growth through an IDP, career planning, and team development activities.

• Install, configure, upgrade, maintain and administer open-source databases.
• Ensure high availability, backups, replication, and disaster recovery.
• Monitor performance, tune queries.
• Apply security patches, manage access, and enforce data protection.
• Automate routine tasks and maintain monitoring/alerting systems.
• Document environments, procedures, and best practices.
• Evaluate and implement improvements for reliability, scalability, and cost.
