Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop and maintain data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions
  • Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data

Key Responsibilities

  • Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data
  • Utilize Python to build analytical workflows, automate processes, and develop models
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
  • Support ongoing optimization of claims processing and operational performance
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis
  • Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or claims-related data is a plus
Additional Requirements
  • Technical assessment required as part of the interview process
  • Candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis
