Inadev Corporation in Reston, VA is seeking a Junior Database Developer to design the data layer, build schemas, and develop ETL pipelines on AWS.

You will optimize performance, ensure data integrity and security for a high-volume filing platform, collaborating with developers and data architects on data access patterns and adopting AI-assisted tooling for development.

• 3+ years of database development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement database schemas, stored procedures, and queries
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Optimize query and database performance for high-volume workloads
• Support data modeling on AWS data services (Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, S3)
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
• Collaborate with developers and data architects on data access patterns
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling for query and pipeline development

Requirements

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (2 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
• Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.

• Federal IT or high-volume transaction experience
• Familiarity with AI-assisted data tooling
