Capgemini seeks a Junior Data Migration Engineer to join the Data & Analytics team for building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and driving data migration tasks.

You will support validation efforts under guidance from senior engineers, work with SQL-heavy data operations, and leverage tools like Informatica in a hybrid onboarding environment across US locations.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Solid experience in writing complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization and tuning approaches, SQL Tuning.
• Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica) and data platforms.
• Understanding of data modeling and databases.
• Familiarity with distribution application design and development (Java, .Net, Python) would be a plus.
• Familiarity with large complex system design.
• Public Cloud experience (Microsoft Azure preferred).
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

About The Role

• Stock Plan Services, an equity compensation services division of client, is seeking an experienced Junior Data Migration Engineer who executes data migration tasks, builds pipelines, and supports validation efforts under guidance from senior engineers

Key Responsibilities
