Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Junior Data Engineering Intern for our Fairfax, VA office during the summer of 2027. You will work with senior engineers on production-grade data pipelines and GEOINT datasets, gaining hands-on experience in data infrastructure.

You will learn end-to-end data engineering processes, contribute to data services design, and help ensure data quality to enable reliable analytics and insights. This internship emphasizes mentorship and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, CS, Information Management or equivalent.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience transforming and manipulating data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Description:

ECS seeks an individual who is passionate about data, eager to learn, and excited to develop foundational skills in data engineering while contributing to meaningful projects.
