Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in an individual contributor role.
• Experience with process mining and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and code reviews.
• Exposure to cloud tooling and data engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines from sources to storage and processing environments.
• Support logical and physical data structures for reporting, analytics, and warehousing.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, security, and usability across systems.
• Monitor performance of pipelines and storage; implement improvements with guidance.
• Document data infrastructure and provide after-hours support as needed.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers on downstream data quality needs.
• Assist in deployment, maintenance, and governance of data assets.
• Contribute to data governance and compliance standards.
