Job summary

FINARTIX Fintech Solutions S.A. is seeking a Data Engineer to join our IT team working with clients across diverse industries in the Greek market.

The role focuses on developing, implementing, and managing data solutions to enhance the clients' data ecosystem and delivery. The candidate will participate in full lifecycle development, collaborate in an Agile team, and bring strong testing, QA, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience on software development using MS SQL Server and Python within Data Warehouse environments.
• Experience in Banking industry will be considered as a plus.
• Languages required: English and Greek, both written and verbal.

The candidate will play a key role in the development, implementation, and management of technology-based solutions to improve our clients' data ecosystem and overall delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full software development lifecycle implementing, testing and maintaining custom data solutions.
• Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client's business strategy.
• Act as a technical consultant for the client.
