Job summary

PSI (Proteam Solutions) seeks a Junior Project Manager with direct data center experience to support infrastructure projects from scope review through field execution, testing, turnover, and closeout. This hands-on role blends estimating, on-site coordination, project controls, and growth toward broader ownership.

You will review scopes, drawings and BOMs, perform takeoffs, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure quality in live data center environments with project-based travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct data center project or field experience.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, copper, fiber, racks, cabinets, cable management.
• Ability to interpret scopes, drawings, BOMs, schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate technicians and subcontractors; communicate clearly with customers.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams; willing to travel on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support data center infrastructure projects from kickoff to turnover and closeout; track milestones and risks.
• Review scopes, drawings, BOMs, schedules, access, site conditions, and documentation.
• Perform takeoffs and assist estimates for cabling, fiber, racks, equipment, travel, and field work.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, logistics, subcontractors, field leadership, and customers.
• Provide on-site coordination; monitor production and quality; conduct site walks and resolve issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, punch lists, as-builts, turnover, and closeout in live data centers.
