Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking an entry-level Business & Technical Specialist to support Contract Management operations. You will serve as a business representative for assigned systems, contributing to continuous improvement, reporting, automation, and general business operations.

You will develop working knowledge of contract management processes, system functionality, data structures, reporting tools, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience or demonstrated ability with business process improvement and data reporting.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and support decisions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage SharePoint sites, content, permissions, and access governance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance business scorecards, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support data management, analysis, reporting, and data quality.
• Identify and support workflow and process automation opportunities.
• Provide business and technical support for Contract Management operations.
• Maintain controlled documents, templates, procedures, and revision history.
• Support development and implementation of business process improvements.
• Assist with special projects, data requests, and presentations for Contract Management initiatives.
• Partner with Contract Managers to improve efficiency, consistency, and visibility.
