Mark Anderson Companies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Business Data Analyst to join our team. You will assist with reporting, dashboard updates, data accuracy, and process improvement while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with MS Office products, especially Excel required.
• Experience with ERP systems or data visualization tools is preferred but not required.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering and reviewing business data and reporting needs.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and updating of reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Review data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Perform basic data analysis to help identify trends, errors, or areas for improvement.
• Support reporting requests from departments across the organization.
• Assist with ERP-related reporting, data cleanup, and system projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to help ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and basic analysis for internal teams and management.
• Communicate findings and updates in a clear and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
