Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-focused field or equivalent analytics bootcamp.
• 0–2 years of data analysis internship, freelance projects, or academic portfolio demonstrating data-driven problem solving.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI and data visualization constraints.
• Bilingual in English and Korean/Mandarin/Japanese is highly preferred.
• Remote work from United States; full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Clean, audit, and transform raw datasets to ensure data integrity and KPI accuracy.
• Maintain, scale, and document BI dashboards and automated performance views.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify operational trends and translate data into insights.

We are seeking an ambitious, highly analytical Junior Data Analyst to fuel their global business intelligence efforts. Responsibilities

• Data Cleaning & Quality Assurance: Support data engineering pipelines by auditing, cleaning, and transforming raw datasets to ensure data integrity and platform-wide metrics consistency.
• Dashboarding & Visualization: Maintain, scale, and document reusable BI reporting asset libraries, interactive dashboards, and automated performance tracking views.
• Insight & Trend Discovery: Support the qualitative and quantitative research processes by conducting ad-hoc analyses, identifying operational trends, and translating data anomalies into behavioral insights.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and account teams to deliver precise data specifications and perform post-implementation reporting QA.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or an equivalent intensive analytics bootcamp certification.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional data analysis internship, freelance projects, or a comprehensive academic portfolio demonstrating structured, data-driven problem solving.
• Technical Tooling: High proficiency with SQL (complex queries, joins, and aggregations) and advanced Excel, paired with a fundamental understanding of data visualization platforms (Tableau or Power BI) and data science programming constraints.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and either Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is highly preferred and will be heavily utilized given our deeply integrated global client portfolio.
• Mindset: Highly receptive to constructive technical critique, deeply detail-oriented, and possessing an empathetic, curious approach to solving data friction.
