We are looking for a Data Analyst to support law enforcement through data analysis, requiring investigative expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work under high-pressure conditions. This role involves working with diverse data sets, ensuring accuracy, and supporting investigations.

Our ideal candidate combines technical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to engage with law enforcement agencies. This position demands a technologist passionate about data and problem-solving, with excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis and Trend Recognition: Compile and analyze data from multiple sources, identifying trends across various data sets, locations, and targets.
2. Data Accuracy and Assessment: Monitor data for accuracy, integrity, relevancy, identify gaps, and assess data for investigative use.
3. Investigative Support: Collaborate with teams to examine data from investigations, developing methods to exploit information.
4. Quality Control & Reporting: Develop work products, review progress, ensure quality, and report findings to leadership.
5. Data Entry: Input data from physical and digital sources into processing systems using appropriate tools.
6. Law Enforcement Support: Provide critical support, interact with agencies, and manage data under tight timelines.
7. Data Visualization and Tools: Use MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to create formulas, charts, pivot tables, and analyze unstructured data.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to hold a SECRET clearance with the US government.
• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience or 5 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like MS Excel, Power BI.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with clear stakeholder communication.
• Located in or willing to commute to El Paso, TX.
• Subject to background check and eligibility requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Support experience in 24/7 law enforcement operations.
• Military or law enforcement background.
• Strong analytical skills for trend identification and data validation.
• Experience documenting processes and developing SOPs.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively during briefings.
