Job summary

One Federal Solution seeks a Junior Associate Dashboard Developer to support data optimization and reporting for the ICE OFM Customer Service Program. You will assist in extracting, transforming, analyzing, visualizing, and reporting program and financial data, and help develop dashboards and executive-level visuals used to assess status, schedules, costs, and performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication.
ABC modeling and cost model development experience.
Experience analyzing FASS costs with Excel and visualization tools.
Federal sector experience in Change and Release Management.
Proficiency with Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
Experience drafting user guides, SOPs, and technical docs.
Strong project and financial management skills.
Able to read/write/speak English fluently.
Bachelor’s degree in related fields; dashboards and reporting tools experience.
Experience with Federal government financial data.
Advanced Excel and data visualization platforms experience.
Experience developing executive-level reports and presentations.
Master’s degree preferred for mid/senior level roles.

Responsibilities

Support Data Optimization for the ICE OFM Customer Service Program.
Identify data buckets, build/maintain extracts, translate data into reports.
Develop/maintain MIPPS dashboards and management tools for status checks.
Produce executive visuals showing project plans and schedules for reports.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and reporting of FASS cost data with Excel and visualization tools.
Support data analyses to ensure timely, accurate information.
Assist dashboards and management reports for leadership/stakeholders.
Support ABC modeling and cost model development.
Analyze FASS costs with data extraction/transform/reporting.
Support Change/Release Management in Federal sector environment.
Utilize Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint for documentation.
Assist with technical writing: user guides, SOPs, workflows.
Apply knowledge of PM, FM, and customer service in program work.
Communicate effectively with team, leadership, and stakeholders.
