Job summary

H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a Jr Associate Dashboard Developer to build and maintain financial and customer-service dashboards, data extracts, calculations and visual reports for a U.S. government client. This onsite role requires U.S.

citizenship and security considerations. You will translate requirements into reporting logic, validate data, and support quality checks while coordinating data workflows and documentation with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area.
• 2+ years of dashboard experience.
• FileOnQ, SQL, PowerBI/Tableau experience.
• Direct experience working on DHS, ICE, or other Federal civilian agency contracts.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into documented reporting logic.
• Validate source data and outputs, document transformations, and reconcile report totals to financial records.
• Support automated/manual data quality checks and defect remediation.
• Support approved CMM/FileOnQ and SharePoint data workflows, version control, technical documentation, testing, configuration, and release coordination.
• Support applicable data dictionaries, lineage, schemas, exportability, accessibility, and secure data access requirements with qualified team members.

H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth technology firm, is seeking aJr Associate Dashboard Developerto support a U.S. government client. This Dashboard Developer will Build and maintain financial and customer-service dashboards, data extracts, calculations and visual reports. This is an onsite positionsupporting a government client. The position requiresU.S. citizenship at the time of application. This position is contingent upon contract award, final staffing requirements, security eligibility, certification requirements, and customer approval, where applicable.

Key Responsibilities
