Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. seeks a Jr. Critical Infrastructure Engineer on-site in Ashburn, VA to help ensure 100% uptime for data center operations and support mission-critical infrastructure.

You will work with senior engineers and site operations teams to maintain, support, and optimize facility systems. Responsibilities include monitoring maintenance procedures, coordinating with the Chief Engineer on space/power/cooling, and assisting with reports, installations, and vendor coordination to meet

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in facility operations within data centers or similar critical environments.
• Familiar with maintenance management and ticketing software platforms.
• Ability to operate in 24/7/365 environments and coordinate with vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of UPS, generators, mechanical, and fire safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance methods, standards, and procedures for facility equipment.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineer on space, power, and cooling planning for customer solutions.
• Support daily operations of critical infrastructure systems and incident response.
• Assist in creating and maintaining facility and compliance reports.
• Provide technical support during customer installations and integrations.
