SemiAnalysis is hiring two junior analysts for its Capital & Markets team, based in New York and Singapore. You will build financial models, analyze company financials, and support debt-financing research related to AI and semiconductors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant full-time work experience in finance, IB, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build financial models and explain calculations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and update financial models, including cash-flow forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Gather and analyze company financial statements, debt information, and market data.
• Support analysis of liquidity, financing needs, and debt repayment capacity.
• Check calculations, reconcile information, and document model assumptions.
• Prepare concise summaries and materials for lender discussions.
• Coordinate assignments across New York and Singapore across time zones.
