HHM Health in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Junior Credentialing Specialist to support credentialing, enrollment, and contracting activities across multiple payer types. You will work closely with the Senior Credentialing Specialist to stay organized and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in credentialing or healthcare administration.
• Basic understanding of credentialing and enrollment processes.
• Familiarity with CAQH and payer portals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Credentialing Certification (or in progress).
• Excellent engagement and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Burmese, Pashto, Rohingya is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications across all payer types
• Gather and verify provider documentation (licenses, DEA, board certifications, malpractice)
• Complete and submit applications via CAQH and payer portals
• Track application status and follow up with payers
• Support provider enrollment with TMHP, Medicaid MCOs, Medicare, and Commercial plans
• Monitor expirations and assist with renewals
• Maintain trackers and provide status updates
• Coordinate with HR, billing, and operations teams
• Support workflow improvements and special projects
