Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, packaging design, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar leadership role within packaging industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design expertise and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the WP's branding objectives.
• Conceptualize innovative packaging designs that enhance product visibility, usability, and appeal.
• Ensure all packaging designs reflect the brand and maintain consistency across product lines.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand consumer preferences, developing these insights into design decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative packaging solutions.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation in packaging design and materials.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop packaging solutions that enhance product appeal and clients' requests.
• Oversee quality control processes, by collaborating with production team to ensure the design specifications.
• Review prototypes and mock-ups to evaluate design concepts before production.
