• Ensure alignment with campaign brief in partnership with strategists, designers and tech team.
• Create guided scripts and training materials for call center agents.
• Develop tests for email copy and agent scripts with strategists.
• Incorporate client and legal feedback to approve assets.
• Maintain voice and tone per brand guidelines.
• Perform creative QA to ensure assets meet objectives and standards.
