You will enter and reconcile costs, collaborate with project teams, and support timely cost reporting while growing with a team that values accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with training in project controls.
• Experience in cost control or financial analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with JDE, EcoSys or Procore is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enter and reconcile material receipts in JDE, uploading BOLs and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Expediting and Project Teams to ensure accurate receiving documentation.
• File receipts in Procore and match POs or budget codes to AP invoices.
• Verify billings, retention, taxes, and lien waivers for AP accuracy and compliance.
• Post costs, quantities, and forecasts in EcoSys; update ETC/EAC as required.
• Prepare and review Executive Cost Reports with PMs and Project Controls leadership.
• Submit monthly cost and billing forecasts on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and reporting deadlines.
