Ingrasys Technology USA, Inc is seeking a Cost Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day cost controlling, inventory tracking, and manufacturing data management. This role offers exposure to corporate finance and supply chain accounting in a manufacturing setting.

The position is ideal for recent graduates with strong Excel skills and a willingness to grow within ERP environments. Temporary to full-time through agency, with hourly pay of $25–$27.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred (open to recent graduates with strong Excel skills).
• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or accounts payable (AP) role, ideally within a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and effective cross-functional collaboration with accounting, warehouse, and production teams.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Verification: daily data entry for manufacturing orders, material movements, and labor hours; verify production logs against ERP records.
• Inventory Control Support: reconcile cycle counts and physical inventories; track and investigate minor discrepancies.
• Invoice & PO Matching: three-way matching for manufacturing expenses and raw material purchases.
• Reporting Assistance: prepare weekly/monthly cost analysis reports, scrap logs, and variance spreadsheets in MS Excel.
• Administrative Support: maintain digital archiving for cost records, BOM updates, and audit documentation.
• Other responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
