Job summary

The People Of: Professional Services in Atlanta seeks a junior Corporate M&A Associate (1–2 years PQE) to join its corporate practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions.

You will assist with due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating closings alongside a skilled team. Candidates should have GA bar eligibility/admission, a strong academic record, and excellent project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of M&A and corporate experience at a law firm.
• Strong academic record and research/writing skills.
• Admitted to practice in Georgia, eligible to waive in, or willing to sit for the Georgia Bar.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
