New Balance is seeking a Junior Copywriter to join the Global Creative Studio and support copy direction for our global DTC channels across product categories. You will work with the Senior Copywriter to craft lifestyle and sneaker-focused content that resonates with our global consumer.

You will write in our voice, collaborate across teams, and contribute to digital and paid media campaigns while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Interest in lifestyle, sport, and sneaker culture.
• Portfolio showing 3–4 years of global brand copywriting.
• Experience writing within brand organizations and translating priorities.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible, can-do attitude adapting to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Champion and write for the brand and global consumer with a focus on lifestyle, fashion, sport, and sneaker culture.
• Writes in our tone of voice in accordance with brand and style guidelines.
• Writes for DTC campaigns and omni deliverables.
• Supports day-to-day deliverables for Global and North America region.
• Executes product copy with a focus on digital and paid media campaigns.
• Executes against global and regional briefs including assets and paid social.
• Work with Legal to ensure copy meets regulatory standards.
• Stay current with industry writing trends.
