Sodexo is hiring a Junior Cook in McLean, VA to join our food service team. You’ll prepare nutritious dishes, focus on customer service, and contribute to a positive dining experience across shifts on weekdays mornings and afternoons/evenings.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years’ related experience, are team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to a safe, healthy working environment. We offer a flexible, supportive workplace and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on moderately difficult tasks preparing small quantities of quickly prepared foods (steaks, chops, cutlets, hamburgers, eggs, salads).
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on business needs and client requirements.
