Rolls-Royce plc invites graduates to join the Integrated Controls Systems (ICS) capability in Indianapolis for a permanent role. The Configuration Management specialist will partner with engineers to ensure controlled product data, baselines, and traced changes across hardware, software, and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM required.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles.
• Understanding of process development, improvement, and adherence.
• Strong organizational focus with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to write clear documentation and translate technical changes across teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration discrepancies and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the CM aspects of development conform to the declared plans and standards.
• Maintains complete and correct product and lifecycle data configuration baselines.
• Understands integration of plans and standards involving configuration control, change management, and data release.
• Understands data and archive management.
• Participates in Change Control Board discussions and provides informed recommendations.
• Supports continuous improvement of configuration management practices and tools.
