Job summary

CRB is seeking a talented and motivated Control System Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, program, implement, and document complex automated control systems for industrial applications under guidance from a Project Manager and senior staff.

This position can be based at any CRB office across the U.S., with up to 35% travel for installations and plant startups. An Associate degree in Computer Studies or Instrumentation & Controls is preferred, plus strong problem

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be able to multi-task and handle concurrent projects.
• Strong problem solving and solution development mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and implement automated control systems for industrial applications.
• Configure, install, and troubleshoot PC/PLC hardware, software, and customer networks.
• Support system installation and commissioning at client sites.
• Provide in-house and on-site training for customer operators.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Deliver after-hours support as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, partners, and clients.
• Travel up to 35% for installations and plant start-ups, including overnight shifts.
• Maintain a regular in-office presence.
