Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Portfolio showing layout, typography and visual consistency.
• Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking feedback.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Bonus: familiarity with AI design tools (Firefly, Gemini).
• Bonus: familiarity with CapCut or other video editing tools.
• Bonus: Spanish language skills (content for English and Spanish audiences).

Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics, carousels, and story templates for Instagram and Facebook, plus resize content across platforms.
• Design email and blog assets, including layouts and graphics that are on-brand, polished, and easy to read.
• Produce internal materials such as promotional banners and other assets as needed.
• Follow established brand guidelines and templates while bringing creative perspective and ideas to the work.
