• Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking feedback.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Bonus: familiarity with AI design tools (Firefly, Gemini).
• Bonus: familiarity with CapCut or other video editing tools.
• Bonus: Spanish language skills (content for English and Spanish audiences).

You'll help support content and design creation in-house across social media, email, internal, and other design formats, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Sr. Designer. This role is designed to give a junior designer hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, with mentorship and feedback built into the workflow.

Job Functions:

• Create social media graphics, carousels, and story templates for Instagram and Facebook, plus resize content across platforms
• Design email and blog assets, including layouts and graphics that are on-brand, polished, and easy to read
• Produce internal materials such as promotional banners and other assets as needed
• Follow established brand guidelines and templates while bringing creative perspective and ideas to the work
