Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Junior Contact Center Developer to design, build, and maintain contact center applications and integrations. You will work with Python, JavaScript, and REST APIs to connect CRM systems and back-end services, while supporting telephony, IVR workflows, and data exchanges.

You will troubleshoot production issues, participate in testing and deployment, and create automation scripts to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, application support, or contact center technologies.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data management concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $75,168.00 to $130,500.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.

Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
