What You’ll Work On
This project will focus on building a branded social media growth strategy for a beauty business. The goal is to expand reach, attract new clients, and strengthen the brand’s online presence. As a junior consultant, you’ll:

  • Conduct brand discovery and target audience analysis
  • Research competitors’ content, posting patterns, and engagement tactics
  • Develop content pillars and sample posts aligned with brand identity
  • Create a visual style guide and recommendations for consistency
  • Build a 3-month content calendar with captions, hashtags, and timing
  • Design an engagement plan (collaborations, comments, DMs, community building)
  • Propose metrics and a simple system to track progress over time

Who You Are

  • Organized, creative, and curious about brand storytelling
  • Skilled in writing engaging content and/or creating basic graphics (Canva is fine!)
  • Interested in social media marketing, branding, or digital communications
  • Excited about helping a small business grow through online visibility

What You’ll Gain
