Job summary

STRUCTURAL San Diego seeks a motivated Project Engineer to join our PECD program, offering hands-on construction learning, mentorship, and exposure to multiple competencies across projects.

You will build skills in scheduling, estimating, cost control, safety, quality, and client relations while supporting teams on parking structures and other concrete repairs in Southern California, with potential out-of-town work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• A minimum of one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track production rates on projects.
• Assist with estimating and budget preparation.
• Support safety management and quality control.
• Contribute to business development and client relations.
• Coordinate field resources and support project teams.
