MBP is seeking an entry-level Engineer to launch a career in construction management and project controls. You will act as on-site client representative, support documentation, and apply engineering principles to real-world construction challenges.

You’ll work with senior engineers, gain exposure to diverse project types, and participate in training programs. This role offers full-time employment and opportunities for growth within MBP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• FE/EIT preferred.
• Knowledge of construction management and project controls.
• Experience with scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, delay analysis, constructibility and design review, inspections, or quantity take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project documentation, cost estimates and schedules.
• Organize project records and support ongoing assignments.
• Review records, schedules and as‑built construction to evaluate change orders.
• Apply engineering techniques and analyze problems.
• Coordinate quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Participate in training and company activities; perform admin duties.
