Job summary

ATCS Inc. is looking for a recent Civil Engineering graduate or early-career professional to join our Construction Services team in the greater Harrisburg, PA area. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in transportation construction while preparing you for a long-term career as a Construction Engineer.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $68,000 per year, along with a 2% annual bonus and extensive employee-focused benefits including PTO, medical plans, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant internship or professional experience in construction or transportation projects.
• EIT certification (or ability to obtain within 6–12 months) preferred.
• Interest in building a career in construction engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction inspection activities on highways and bridges.
• Support project engineers with documentation, reporting, and field activities.
• Document construction activities to ensure compliance with plans.
